What we review in a projectThe owner describes the project, specifies its sector, region and funding needs, and attaches supporting materials. An application can be saved and continued later. The team reviews the information and requests clarification where details are missing.
We bring the business description, calculations and documents into a clear set of materials. The owner sees a readiness checklist and comments by section, answers questions and updates files. The team reviews corrections and prepares the public summary.
After review, the project appears in the catalog with its sector, region, funding amount and public summary. Investors filter opportunities, compare projects, save proposals that interest them and keep their search criteria.
To study private materials, an investor completes a profile and submits a request. After verification, request approval and acceptance of a confidentiality agreement, the project room becomes available. Access permissions are checked on every download.
Participants use their accounts to ask the team questions, receive answers and exchange materials within their access permissions. Discussion history and file versions are retained. Meetings require confirmation of the time, while work tasks have assigned owners and deadlines.
