Do I need a company?
You can start an application as an individual. Provide accurate information about your role. For an operating business, registration documents are required; for land, you must document your rights or authority to act.
Does submission guarantee investment?
No. The team reviews each application. Publication, investor interest and a transaction are not guaranteed.
Can I submit without a business plan?
You can save a project draft and ask the team about preparation. A completed business application needs the required documents. A land application has its own requirements and does not require a business plan or financial model.
